Great workout!!

I did lunges and squats and leg extensions. I'm up to 4 sets of each exercise. I remembered to stretch and warm up first, too. Then I did 45 minutes of cardio afterward!

I'm a little sore, but really no worse than last time I worked my legs, which was about a week ago, I think. I went dancing last night, too. :-)
